Philippe was a great host and very helpful, his son Noah was lovely too! We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back. There is private gated parking which is good for peace of mind also.

"Reasonable value in the bosom of a boisterous family"

Very comfortable bed and space enough to spread out our luggage. Genial host gave us free rein in the open kitchen area and use of the fridge there. Quiet, functioning A/C system, and a ceiling fan. Walking distance to town center.

Garage parking depends upon host to open and shut gate for us to enter and leave. Total immersion within a family atmosphere. Noises carry within this small property. Minimal toiletries. Occasional cock roaches, as may be expected in a tropical environment.

Philippe and his son were the highlights of the stay. It felt like staying in their home, and they were so kind to us.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. It’s not super quiet either.

Really cordial hospitality from Philippe and his son. Philippe advised me with the best route to take to Bajos del Toro. Mountain roads are very winding and steep so he advised me with the best route to take.
