The place is nice, it has potential

The staff is not very helpful, they clearly don't know how to run the place. We woke up one morning because they were cleaning the bed sheets at 5 am, another day they stayed in the common area making noise until midnight. They clean the room every day, sadly they don't know that sometimes they should clean under the bed as well. They're not taking much care of the kitchen.
