The property is a lovely annexe to the owners home. Well appointed, with everything we needed for our two night stay. The breakfasts were included and were amazing. Mark and Pascsline were lovely hosts as well.

Lovely, well-furnished room, comfortable bed, excellent shower and fantastic breakfast served in the room. Perfect location for an easy walk into Ypres market place and to the Menin Gate. Marc is an excellent host.

The location, lovely area and shirt walk to the centre The welcome was warm and friendly. The room and bathroom were so clean and smart The breakfast every morning was the tops , fresh, warm and delivered to the door. Can thoroughly recommend.

Ein liebevoll gestaltetes und eingerichtetes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und separatem Zugang. In perfekter Lage zur Innenstadt (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg) und ruhiger Lage in einem gepflegten Wohnviertel. Der eigene Parkplatz direkt vir der Tür ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und komfortabel. Krönender Abschluss des Ganzen sind die herzlichen Gastgeber, die jeden Morgen zur vereinbarten Zeit ein üppiges Frühstück zum Zimmer bringen, und nach Bedarf auch beste Tips zur Erkundung der Gegend geben. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
