The location aka the zone. It was our first night/ experience in Guatemala's zone 7. Should have done my research as it was a rougher zone. But no incidents/ issues.

Property is located in Zone 8 which is close to everything in Guatemala City, the host of this property was very kind, attentive and helpful. Is one of the few places were you can accommodate 5 persons in one room without extra charges. Really a good option.

The owner was able to speak english, private parking for car indoor, good value for the money, clean and equiped room, rooftop terrace. Great communication and well secured property

Not corresponding location on Booking (use Waze navigation instead), rather tight for 5 people (but enough for only a night),

The proprietary was very kind and the room was good. The plants that I see there made the place more appreciated. However, the location of the hotel was hard to find, not good restaurants near (tires and auto mechanic neighbor), and was not enough near to the airport.

The location was not enough near to the airport for me and not enough good to eat near or to know more about Guatemala City..
