The property is in a great location with 3 min access to central street, food and grocery shops, various restaurants for different budgets. Superb shower room (pity the hot water tank is suitable for a party of 2, for 3 people it is already a bit small). Parking space is a particularly valuable feature (as they started to charge parking fee in Burgas) - overall is very, very good.

The property was exactly as advertised - no kitchen/kitchenette, only kettle and fridge were available. The owner could add a knife and forks&spoons.
