Good location and Mr dotal and his wife both are so good and helpful

A few things which I liked about the stay - 1. Doyal was a great host of this stay. He is a retired navy officer and a great human being. We reached a bit late at night at the property, so Doyal personally arranged the veg. Food and drove to the place with his own car.I was really pleased by his action in this so commercial world ! I really liked his humanity and hospitality which is quite rare nowadays . 2. Homestay was really good , all the necessary arrangements/ facilities are there. 3. The location of the homestay is great , every possible spot in fort kochi is within a very short distance.

I actually liked everything they offered.

It was a nice experience.. it was located in middle of all places. So it's easy to reach every location. We rented a bike.

Room was spacious,neat & tidy. Hospitality was good. Calm place to stay. Value for money at this rate. Rooms booked in number's will be beneficial.

No breakfast available..no food options with this homestay..only two wheeler parking available. No private beach as in website description. No balcony was there..just a corridor. Private space is lacking. Sharing of space with unknown. Homestay should have food amenities.thats the category of homestays.its just like lodge.
