"This was the worst place I’ve ever seen to stay in"

Nothing

The property was horrible, dirty smelly. The owner was rude. We got there the first night. Nobody was there. He went to Oktoberfest and we had no place to stay. We had to go in a different hotel the next day when we came to him to ask him why he was not there last night. He told us he was at the Oktoberfest but we can stay with him now I want my money back from Booking.com. I just don’t know how to contact you. Can you please help us

We rented this apartment to stay at while attending Oktoberfest 2023. It is in a perfect location, close to the Starnberg Nord train station, an easy 5 minute walk. We felt safe there and it was a quiet location. The apartment met all of our basic needs of shower, toilet, beds, and basic kitchen. We found the owner, Thomas, to be responsive, friendly and helpful.
