Papaya Garden Homestay

What a lovely family and lovely homestay in the heart of Hoi An! We stayed for 2 days and absolutely loved it! The lady who owns the homestay was very helpful and attentive, the room was clean + tidy and she cooked us delightful vegetarian meals for breakfast every morning. They also provided daily motorbike rent for a great price! We really couldn't ask for more, def check this out if you come to Hoi An!

Nothing, everything was great

The warm welcome from the Papaya Garden family with always very sweet intentions making me feel at home. The room was all I needed, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much !

The mom running the homestay is really nice and friendly. There is a bit of language barrier, but with translate it's easy to make it work. We got different breakfast every morning, including fresh fruits and smoothies. The Homestay is about 15 minutes walking distance to the old town, you can also rent bicycles.

The toilet wasn't cleaned and really dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and she did it herself (only water though), so we had to use disinfection wipes to clean the seat some more.

the place was nice and just few minutes by foot from the city center. the family that runs the place is very kind and friendly, my host was very helpful, she helped me with booking a bicycle , laundry and anything I asked. The breakfast was great too. I can´t complain about anything. I recommend to rent a bicycle for rides around Hoi An and motorbike for marble mountains, Ba na hills or Da Nang

there was a road reconstruction during my stay so I had few noisy mornings but that´s not anyone´s fault

The room was really big. Cold air con. Very comfortable bed and quilt. The family running the hotel was nice. It was cash payment only. I was a little confused cos I thought the payment was made through the app. I had no cash so they had to drive me to the atm. They were rly nice throughout that whole experience.

The showers are a bit old, but the bathroom was rly clean anyways.

Very friendly host,always trying to help and make our stay more enjoyable. The place is a bit distant from the old town, which provides a bit more quite and less packed environment. the river is very close, with friendly restaurants and Cafés less overpriced than in the old town.
