Papaya Garden Homestay

We love everything from start to finish. We arrived super early (5am) of course we couldn’t check in but the hosts made sure we were comfortable. We was provided with some snacks and they even let us use the shower to freshen up. Breakfast each morning was so good, we ended up staying 6 nights and each morning breakfast was different. The pool and the outside seating is so nice. The room was spacious and very clean. I highly recommend staying here, we will sure to be back.

A very family-friendly atmosphere, run by a wonderful lady and her family. We felt extremely well taken care of. The place was very clean and in a great location.

Très peu d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain et impossible de sortir de la guesthouse ou de rentrer tard le soir une petite veilleuse dans la chambre serait appréciable

​I had a truly amazing stay at Papaya Garden. The atmosphere of the place is wonderful, but what made it special was the incredibly kind and welcoming owner. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. ​Also, the breakfast was delicious – a perfect way to start the day! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An. It was a 10/10 experience!

This homestay was so lovely. The family were very accommodating and nice providing us with breakfast and fresh mango when we left! The room was clean, comfortable and they provided lots of water in the fridge for us to drink. The pool was a nice touch too. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the main old town area, which is fine to walk or grabs are cheap. Maybe if you arrive by sleeper bus arrange it with host day before as we had to wait till someone woke up. This was completely our fault though! Everything was amazing, thank you

Very quiet, clean and comfortable bed.

Friendly family, delicious breakfast every day. A variation of different breakfasts each day. They also adjusted it to my dietary requirements. Vegetarian 🥦
