Everything was fine

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony.

Unfortunately, there were several issues. Although the room was large, it was located directly facing a very busy street. The traffic noise was constant, and it was difficult to sleep, even with the windows closed. During the day I needed to keep the windows open to air the room out because there was a strong smell of dampness and mold. The cleanliness also needs improvement. Next to the toothbrush and toiletries there were already-opened, used items left behind, and the cup provided was very dirty. The shower door and window were covered in limescale, and many areas in the bathroom had visible mold. It seemed like the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. Overall, I think the place has potential, but cleanliness and maintenance should be taken much more seriously.

La titolare molto gentile, professionale e disponibile. Si è preoccupata quotidianamente del mio soggiorno. Ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico che permette di essere raggiunto in 5 min via bici. Molto apprezzato il servizio di noleggio bici/motorino. Colazione semplice ma sempre calda e abbondante.

Problemi con la doccia, acqua calda ma poca pressione che non permette una doccia ristoratrice.

Loved everything about this place. The location was a bit far from the Old Town but you could always get a grab wherever you needed. Bi and her family where amazing and super friendly and helpful. If you’re ever in doubt about were to stay I would say I can’t recommend this homestay enough. Had a lovely filling breakfast everyday and the rooms where big and spacious. Thank you Bi for everything!

Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower, daily housekeeping. Very friendly staff.

Large spacious rooms, excellent location and very welcoming hosts.
