Golden Soulmate homestay

We were in an ideal location and hosted by a wonderful family. We felt so welcome and comfortable.

Quite place with awesome hosts. Very nice, helpful and interesting people. The room is pretty clean and comfy. Free bikes ! We've just couldn't expect more. Definitely our favorite accommodation in Vietnam.

First of all the owners, the family is super friendly, helpful and kind. They helped us with organisation the trips we wanted to do and show various options about them. Eventhough we have already checked out we could have used the bicycles all day long (free of charge).That was wanderful time.

Great location for exploring Hoi An. We used the free bikes everyday which was a massive bonus and made it very easy to get around. Bed was very comfortable and clean, and we had a nice big TV in our room.

Our shower didn't drain so well so bathroom was very wet to use after showering. No atmosphere in the homestay at all (so OK for those just wanting a bed for the night option) and hosts, although very friendly and accommodating, often had other bits and bobs on the go so not always present. Make sure price you pay matches what's stated on booking.com when settling the bill at the end.

It was so professional! The family was super helpful (from the parents to the son). Best part, you had a free bike to explore old town and could directly rent a scooter for places further away. However, everything is nearby. Nhan’s Kitchen (great restaurant), mini mart, pharmacy, night market, paddy rice (good breakfast place). I definitely recommend this place! You have a perfect mix of being in a hotel and at home. Thanks for this amazing stay :))

The host and her family are very friendly and helpful. We got to the property way before check in time because of a long bus ride and they let us check in earlier and even upgraded our room.

Regarding that it is a homestay the family gets up pretty early (5am) and because of the thin doors you can hear them. The floor could've been cleaner.

The family is wonderful and location great. A quick ride to the center with the provided bikes. We were able to check in early after arriving from the night bus which was just exceptional for us and really appreciated. The room was comfortable and spacious

We booked a room with a balcony but it is really a shared balcony with no real facilities to relax. More of a smoking balcony. It was not an issue for us because we spent all our time in the city or around but it was a surprise.

When it's raining you'll get your shoes wet, because the street gets flooded. Wear sandals or flipflops, watershoes!
