The location was excellent, set within a truly beautiful property. The place itself is an haveli, and stepping inside gives you a sense of strong authenticity—it genuinely reflects traditional haveli style. The atmosphere is very peaceful, making it a relaxing stay overall. I opted for a basic room, which was fairly average. However, the upgraded rooms were noticeably larger and more spacious. Because of that, this property is especially well-suited for families or anyone who prefers bigger rooms and more space. I would recommend choosing an upgraded room for a better experience.

I stayed at this property only for a night and opted for a basic room, which was moderately priced—not cheap, but acceptable for the location. The property itself is beautiful, and I appreciated the overall aesthetic,however, the room did not meet expectations in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The interiors felt quite outdated, and the bathroom, in particular, was not well maintained. There was no hot water, and cleaning supplies such as sponges and materials were left in plain sight, which made the space feel untidy and uncomfortable. Some fixtures were broken or poorly maintained, including the flush and parts of the fittings. The switchboards also appeared very old.Cleanliness was another concern. Upon arrival, the dustbins had not been emptied, This gave a poor first impression. The check-in experience was also not very welcoming. When I arrived, there was no one present, and it was unclear how to proceed. I had to call reception, and the response I received over the phone felt quite cold and unhelpful. Later, a lady ( the morher of the person I had on phone) came to verify my ID and was much more polite and pleasant. Overall, while the stay was manageable for one night, I would not consider staying here for a longer duration due to the issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and service.

Sureli Haveli is a beautiful home, it's main feature being the beautiful, colour courtyard. The hosts are very kind. They left us to our own devises but made it clear that they were happy to help. The family room was nice and big for 2 kids and 2 adults.

the size of the room and its heritage feel

No value for money. breakfast was overpriced and we didnt get what we ordered, but I guess it may have been due to poor communication.
