Silenciosa, café da manhã ok, ar condicionado gelando bem, frigobar gelado bem, microondas, cozinha legal, chuveiro funcionando muito bem. Bebedouro com água gelada disponível grátis, blacaut muito bom.

Sem estacionamento, quarto com porta de madeira e uma mini porta que não tinha grade nem trancava, permitido que uma pessoa abrisse por fora e te visse dormindo na cama😱. Janela q não trancava por dentro, banheiro não tinha nem cortina de box pra proteger de não molhar o chão inteiro quando vc toma banho, bidê velho e com aparência de sujo, poucas cobertas, torneira da pia da cozinha modelo muito antigo, em fim, todo quarto parecia ser da época de Dom Pedro 1°. Tv de 14 polegadas modelo tão antigo que não tinha nem entrada para pendrive e faz um zumbido muito incômodo. E por aí vai!
