The shared apartment is quite close to the train station and the pedestrian area.

A few things: Bad value for money: place is quite run-down, rooms are small, beds are rather uncomfortable. Description on Booking.com is incorrect: you share not only a kitchen (as indicated) but also a bathroom (not indicated) with up to eight other people - and in our case a big dog (which we didn't know about before). There are three rooms that are being rented out at the same time, each one is locked with a keycode that beeps loudly. This is especially great in the middle of the night as you wake up when your neighbors are entering their room. If you haven't heard them while they're entering the room you will definitely hear them once they're inside the room as the walls are wafer-thin. If you only need a place to sleep (and don't mind worn-out matresses, noise from other guests and waiting for the bathroom in the morning), you will be fine here.

This place is a scam. It does not include the listed amenities and the owner will ignore you if you try to contact him and then send only pre-fabricated messages. Please, if you value your money, do NOT book here. We lost almost €300 having to find somewhere else last minute.

Communication with the staff. If they have this in Booking, they must understand that the communication must be in English. Obligate to use google to translate the gigant message with several instructions as Airbnb is not acceptable. This is not Airbnb. Google translate on the telephone accepts max 3900 characters, not 5 000. This is not comfortable. When I asked for English, the answer what WE speak german here. Rude and bad-mannered. At the end the automatic message from the staff suppose every communication was ok. Not really authentic and true. And I do not mention that No towels in my bed. Bad communication after my asking. I managed its founding, This kind of offering is just from people that are trying to make money and not care.
