Loved it here!! Tom and Olivier are the best - very helpful, super clean and well organized. Communication and check-in were super easy. The apartment is well located surrounded by cute Victorian houses. A tram and bus stop is near by (5 minutes walking distance). We felt very comfortable “coming home” after long discovery tours through the city :)

Deposit was debited directly (wasn’t prepared for that ;)) but got it back right after the check-out :)

When I arrived, my host Tom welcomed me ‘home’ and that is how it felt for the 10 nights I stayed at the property. It was safe, comfortable and a haven to return to after a busy day/ night. I rarely saw my hosts but they always enquired about my day, my plans and offered help and ideas towards the end of my trip when I was tired. Extremely comfortable and beautiful property. The design of the room is well considered and modern, it has everything you could wish for. The bed was big and supremely comfortable. Loved lying in bed watching the large TV (especially as this was a solo trip with no children or pets to get me up). Well positioned USB sockets so I could charge up my gadgets overnight within easy access. My room has a small table and chairs in a window alcove which was a nice place to plan my day and have a coffee. The shower was great as were the available toiletries and ‘little extras’. The property is very quiet, some noise early mornings due to a construction site over the road but tbh, there is construction all over the city at the moment so I think it’s unavoidable. I spent a night away at Niagara and left all my belongings knowing they were in safe hands. I returned to a fresh bed, fresh towels and a refreshed room. This was extremely thoughtful. The hosts are extremely professional and although this is their home, it felt like a 5* boutique hotel with all the facilities and small touches that showed they cared about the guests having a wonderful stay. They clearly love what they do and I would love to return in the future. I would choose Toronto as a destination to stay here again. *I failed to take any significant photo the property but have included a photo of the house over the road as it made me smile everyday when I arrived home.

The property was perfect. If I had to say one thing - no teabags. But there was excellent coffee making facilities and I am British. I was often out from day to evening and there are a couple blocks that are a little ‘edgy’ south of the property. Very safe however and easy to navigate around. I was probably more cautious as a single female in an unfamiliar city. The area is otherwise an interesting historical area within easy access of everywhere. Ubers are there within minutes.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable room.

Staying at the elegant downtown home was an exceptional experience for my sister and me. Its prime location made it the perfect base for exploring the city, offering both convenience and the chance to dive into the local culture. The property itself was a revelation, blending modern aesthetics with impeccable cleanliness, creating a comfortable and luxurious ambiance that felt like a home away from home. Our hosts, Tom and Oliver, were the definition of kindness and hospitality. They consistently went the extra mile, ensuring our room was spotless every day and graciously extending our check-in time, a gesture we found incredibly thoughtful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable yet elegant stay in Toronto. My sister and I are already excited to check availability for our next visit.

The host was very welcoming and gave good advice regarding local restaurants and transportation. The accommodation was beautiful and the location was fantastic. It is very easy to get to and from, but quiet enough to relax at night. Would definitely recommend and will definitely check availability when we return to Toronto.
