Nice and clean room. Hostile and friendly owner - I enjoyed my stay. All was good and positive, nothing to worry or complain about.
Bath was outside the room - better to have this explicitly on Booking, also arrival time should be agreed with owner since there's no reception or self check-in service

You gotta know that u stay in a literal kids bedroom with no space in the cupboards and very thin walls
