La peor anfitriona que hemos tenido. Ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido al alquilar por internet hasta la fecha. La anfitriona fue extremadamente maleducada y no estuvo dispuesta a escuchar nuestras peticiones ni nuestro punto de vista (que eran totalmente válidos y legales) respecto al manejo de nuestros datos personales. Nos interrumpió en varias ocasiones, llegando incluso a colgarnos el teléfono y a no responder, mientras nosotros esperábamos una hora, de noche, en la calle. La propietaria en ningún momento se personó en el alojamiento. No recomendaría este alojamiento bajo ninguna circunstancia. Lo elegimos por el costo, pero terminó generándonos un momento sumamente incómodo, especialmente por el trato recibido y por el temor sobre la seguridad de nuestros datos. Ya hemos presentado nuestra queja directamente a Booking, ya que esta situación también nos hace cuestionar si Booking está haciendo realmente un buen trabajo al permitir este tipo de experiencias en su plataforma. Sinceramente, ha sido la peor anfitriona que hemos hasta la fecha.
