Excellent apartment and service! Only downside is that there is no AC, so it can get pretty hot in summer. Other than that I am super happy with Citypop.

Pretty much everything except lacking AC.

Unclean, dirty, smelly on the pillow and bed sheets, I never recommend booking it. For all these irregularities, it is also a very expensive

Everything as described. Price is ok, room and bathroom very clean, location perfect. Only difficulty is that you need a phone with internet connection to open the entrance. And the password for a free wifi is inside. It can be a problem if you are a foreigner whose cell phone data had been drained by swiss roaming.

Put the free wifi password information near the key boxes, in front of the entrance.

Schreckliches Hotel, es gibt keine Telefonnummer, um mit jemandem zu sprechen, nur ein Aufnahmegerät. Wenn Ihre Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert, verlieren Sie Ihr Geld, weil Ihnen der Zimmercode nicht zugeschickt wird. Die Treppe riecht schrecklich. Unter den Zimmern befindet sich ein Massagezentrum. Ich empfehle es niemandem. 0 Sterne.

Me fue dificil abrir la puerta , el baño tenía la tapa rota, y no me pude comunicar de forma fácil con el anfitrión. No te atienden por teléfono, es todo por mensaje y no me contestaron los mails enviados
