Das Haus ist komplett heruntergekommen und entspricht in keiner Weise den Erwartungen. Das gesamte Inventar wirkt, als stamme es vom Sperrmüll. Die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig: Der Boden war schmutzig, die Wände stark verschmutzt und der Tisch im Zimmer voller Flecken. Insgesamt macht die Unterkunft einen ungepflegten und vernachlässigten Eindruck. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir erst spät angereist sind und zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine realistische Möglichkeit mehr hatten, kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel oder eine andere Ferienunterkunft für die Nacht zu finden. Daher waren wir leider gezwungen, die Nacht dort zu verbringen. Aufgrund der Zustände wollten wir die Unterkunft jedoch so schnell wie möglich wieder verlassen und haben bereits gegen 6:30 Uhr morgens ausgecheckt. Eine Weiterempfehlung kann ich leider nicht aussprechen. Antwort auf Ihre Antwort: Es ist eine absolute Frechheit zu behaupten wir würden die Kaution verweigern. Sie haben unter Zeugen gesagt aufgrund dessen das wir "Deutsche" sind brauchen wir keine Kaution zu leisten. Wir werden uns für diese Aussage weitere Rechtliche Schritte vorbehalten. Zudem werden wir Ihr Fehlverhalten direkt an Booking.com melden !

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich habe die Unterkunft vorher informiert, dass ich mich verspäte. Ich war gegen 22:35 Uhr vor Ort und habe mehrmals angerufen sowie SMS geschrieben, aber niemand hat geantwortet. Ich konnte nicht einchecken, weil ich keine Informationen bekommen habe. Danach wurde behauptet, ich hätte erst später Kontakt aufgenommen, obwohl ich Nachweise habe. Sehr enttäuschend.
