We were charged $6 more than the booking price. The host also charged us the commission he is supposed to pay booking and charged $10 to store our bags.

A very comfortable stay. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but there wasn’t availability. I really liked staying here. The private bedroom and bathroom were great. The bed was very comfortable, room was reasonably large and a large and very clean bathroom. There’s a mini fridge in the bedroom and a heater for the cold nights. I slept peacefully here. They allowed me to checkout later than their checkout time. The older lady and her son that operate the Hostel are very lovely people. I highly recommend this place. 10/10.

Friendly kind and homely. Also very convenient for the bus station and 10 minute walk into town. Very kind owners, don’t speak English and my Spanish is poor. Google translate works :) . Thank you.

Stopping in Puerto Natales before starting W Trek in Torres del Paine we stopped at Turismo Fortaleza and were completely satisfied: clean and safe, with great helpfulness and care from the owners: we were greeted by his old mum who was making sure we had all we needed and provided indication on all the services we were looking for (laundry, market and so on)
