La amabilidad del dueño de la hostal y su señora. Las piezas muy limpias y bonitas.

Una habitación con baño privado muy cómoda. El baño es amplio y cómodo, al igual que la cama. Tiene buena calefacción. En la habitación cuentas con hervidor e insumos básicos para poder comer o tomar un café

Family owned and operated, this small homelike hotel is a gem. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have stayed there and interacted with our very kind and perfectly gracious hosts. (Muchas gracias, mama! :) ) Quiet, exquisitely clean and comfortable, everything we needed was available (even a battery for our hand-held luggage scale). Plenty of hot water in the shower, and a hot water maker, refrigerator, and dishes in the room for self-catering. Nice bed and bedding. Soft towels. Soaps. The location, for us, was perfect--near enough to the bus stations we needed and close enough to the shops and city sights of Puerto Natales that we were interested in visiting. We stayed the night before our "W Trek" and the also the night after that same backpacking adventure, with the hotel storing our suitcases for 5 nights while we were trekking in Torres del Paine. For us, it was just right--even a blessing for which we were grateful and will remember!

No problems for us. We absolutely would return!
