Strategic place, near to Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan. Overall quite satisfied with the homestay, very clean and tidy. Comfortable to stay. Definetly will repeat for our next vacation.

Noisy sound from outside, poor soundproofing. And also suggest to open the previous main entrance, because outsider that not from Malacca people don't know main entrance actually closed, need to enter from the other way. GPS also no update, still bring us to the previous main entrance.

- Miss Tueh: She's a kind, flexible host, welcomed and brought my car-less American friends for lunch when I got stuck in COVID quarantine last minute. She's a blessing and made their stay exceptional. She's very responsive to questions, reassuring and made me feel they would have a safe and easy staycation after their long international trip. - Price: Very Reasonable for a family or group of 3-4. - Comfort & Cleanliness: Excellent I didn't stay here, so this is on behalf of my friends or I'll give a more comprehensive review. I will recommend this place to other friends especially those who need parking. I quote my friends in the summary below.

- Some noise from the road below, but that's beyond anyone's control. Alternatively bring ear plugs.
