It’s the best experience we ever had with holiday rentals. Both place and hosts are amazing. Yamuna, her parents, and Arun are very friendly and helpful. I confirm all the positive reviews from other tourists. We came to Mysore during the Dasara festival. The city was overcrowded. But it looks like we were the only foreign guests in the whole city. Gitanjali place was very calm and relaxing, beautifully designed, with a lot of trees and flowers. Yamuna and Arun helped us to book taxis for most of our daily trips, and gave us advice on where to eat and what to see. For us as foreigners, it was very valuable.

I stayed here for 3 days with family. This is located in the outskirts of the city away from all the pollution/sounds etc... My kid and spouse liked the atmosphere. There is a lot of greenery which really soothes your soul. Room size is decent. The caretaker Arun was very friendly and helpful.

1. We did not have a vehicle so we had to rely on uber/ola/auto. This caused issues for us since many of them were demanding outrageous sums or rejecting accepted rides too frequently given the location. 2. The breakfast has very limited selection one indian tiffin + bread/jam & omlettes. For the price point, this is very disappointing. 3. Coffee/tea were mostly lukewarm and room service prices are high. Own vehicle is a must if you want to tour the city from here.
