Lovely helpful host

Lovely place. Attention to detail. Care and thought in each space. Lovely and clean. Great shared kitchen. We stayed in air conditioned room which was def a bonus as would have been warm at night otherwise. Mid-way between Nicoya and Santa Cruz - plenty of places to eat, shop and we found a nice hike behind Nicoya. Sweet pet dogs and cats onsite Also chickens and opportunity to buy their fresh eggs. Very nice energy, calm, relaxed and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Would choose again. We heard Howler monkeys one night and morning cockerel chorus added to the charm and experience. Great value for money in nice family run rooms.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's located very near a the road to Nicoya and Santa Cruz. The room was very clean and everything worked fine.

The mattress felt uncomfortable, the room had no A/C, the shower did not have hot water. Even though I understand they were not mentioned in the lodging's features, these are things you expect to have, so maybe say they're services not included.

A great “real Tico” homestay; loved the morning tour of the compound by Shirley’s husband - a literal self-sustaining ecosystem with chickens, fish farm, multiple fruit trees.

Took much time and effort to find the place. Needs some signage on main road. No a/c but a noisy working fan.
