Vivian is an exceptional host—helpful, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. The room is spotless, and the bed is super comfortable. The property is situated on the quieter side of West Lake, away from the crowds but still close to major attractions. IMHO, the most stunning yet less publicized view of West Lake is just a 5-minute walk away. There are also many nearby beautiful walking paths to explore. Highly recommended!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from West Lake scenic area. It is about 10-15 minutes walking to public transportation. The host is very patient and friendly.

The dining area for breakfast is a little small and gets crowded when guests from different rooms all come at the same time.

Everything was great, room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Vivian was super kind and helpful and the breakfasts were fantastic. Great location for tourist attractions near West Lake.

"Cozy and relaxing"

The friendly hostess Vivian, she’s so nice and provides all kinds of information for your stay; the cozy room makes you feel like home and the homemade breakfast is the best.

None. But try to avoid weekends, the traffic is horrible and hard to get taxi. If you could rent a bicycle, it’s gonna be a great cycle tour.

La camera della struttura è paragonabile a quella di un hotel a 4 stelle: ben progettata, pulitissima e con un impianto di aria condizionata molto silenzioso. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile e gentile — quando mi hanno aiutata con le valigie su e giù, mi sono davvero commossa. La posizione, anche se non è semplicissima da trovare al primo colpo, è perfetta per chi cerca verde e tranquillità nel cuore di una zona turistica molto frequentata. Ho potuto fare passeggiate rilassanti lungo il lago, sia la mattina presto che alla sera. Inoltre, erano disponibili biciclette in condivisione per esplorare i dintorni in modo piacevole e divertente.
