Cheap, good a, good place. They take me to buy things that I needed. Its your best option. (Im spanish and he try to speak my language too!)

Central location. Reasonable price. Quiet neighborhood

Only one small air window open to another room instead of outside. Limited space and room. Sound proof not good but people in the flat are very quiet so it was not a problem for me. As a light sleeper I had a good sleep
