Such a bad service a never seen before,not security room anyone can comes to the room without nocking the door,you can’t rest or sleep cos of ups and downs all the night.what a bad service

"ridiculously slipshod. I gave a '1' rating but 0 would have been appropriate as there was no stay."

I was give no code to get a key for my room but was told it would be ok if I arrived 7.00-8.00 pm which did. Front door was open and spoke to some inmates who said the 'landlord guy' wasn't there. I returned at 9.00pm but same thing. So I need a refund.

That I had to find and pay for other accommodation.

The bathroom had urine and blood on the floor very unhygienic. The bedrooms was very cold maybe turn the heating for a enjoyable experience

There wasn't light on the full building, what a shame, my room was with out key. And the wasn't clean enough.

They need to change bedsheets.
