The apartment is worsen ,very dirty The door was open and a lot of guys there are the corridor drinking There’s was no light in the room and the toilet Left immediately

Everything is too dirty That kind of property shouldn’t be on booking.com

Nothing.

It was filthy, there was screws sticking out of the woodwork, also ithad squashed spiders on the wall, poo stains on the bed, empty alcohol bottles left behind with gas lids scattered , also had to clean the toilet before it could be used and also get toilet roll before it could be used ….. then got locked out and nobody would let us in until the next day to collect our belongings

Tissues in the toilet to use......I liked the location as i had easy access to town centre and shops etc. But that was it. No breakfast- No kitchen The bed was weak, like dead, you could fall to the ground Toilet upstairs was leaking to the bedroom downstairs in our room. directly on the bed. you can tell this is an ongoing issues because there were water stains on the roof shower controls were playing up, its either too hot or too cold. you can never find the balance.

Toilet was extremely dirty. Someone probably peed on the floor, it was ridiculous! I mean the smell was bad. No security, other tenant were going back and off throughout the night. Especially if your room is downstairs, best know you'll be awake all night from other people movements and deliveries coming through.

Did not meet at property was waiting 1 hour for someone to answer . Rang them several times no body opened the door or answer the phone

I booked this place on the day to stay here after booking through booking.com the hotel send me a message for ID check sent everything over they didn't reply back with no key code I was at the property for an hour waiting for an response but nothing and tbh seeing the people going in and out was happy not staying there full of druggies going in and out of the place.

I want my refund

Was pretty easy once someone let you inside the property and all guests where respectful

Wardrobe was abit broke and tv could do with replacing and a new remote as was no remote
