Small single bed

The location is a bit off centre but that was more than accounted for in the price; the room is really nice, everything promised on the booking summary was provided, and I was pleasantly surprised that I could also e.g. heat food in the microwave in the downstairs kitchen as the use of the kitchen was not even mentioned I believe (it is true that it is primarily for long-term lodgers but I could use all the appliances). I must also mention that my host responded almost immediately to all my inquiries and was very helpful.

I had a little difficulty locking the door of my room; it tended to open again but that can easily be fixed. Also, for someone with a lot of stuff who would want to unpack all of it there might be a little problem with storage space as there is no closet (woudn´t fit in), only hooks and hangers for clothes (a quite sufficient number though), plus the space inside the writing desk. It was quite OK for me though.

The room was very cosy and clean, it had everything I needed, also a table to work. I forgot to bring electricity adapter for British current, and the owner rescued me, by immediately responding and providing an adapter! it was crucial for me to be able to work. Thank you again! The bathroom was clean and had a very nice shower. The view is to garden, very nice. There is also a kitchen with another fridge (one was in the room). The location is nice, it is a bit far from the centre, but you can take a bus which is in front of the house. I prefered to walk, but you need to know it takes cca 45 minutes walking to the center, it is nice walk, you take a small tunel to avoid bigger road. It is no problem if you come late.

It is a quiet and private room and you only have to share kitchen and bathroom with others. The room was tidy and clean, with a fridge and tv in it. The host was extremely helpful and responsible, though I never met him in person. Quick check-in. There is a bus stop, just 30 steps from the house, so easy to get to the city centre. Best choice if you don't want to be same room with strangers in a dormitory, with great deal.
