Worst hotel experience ever due to agressiveness and rudeness of the owner even way before the check in.

I booked this place and—because I miscalculated my trip—I needed one extra night. I called the owner at around 8:30 AM to ask about adding another night (a perfectly reasonable, not-ungodly hour to call). The owner’s reaction was shocking: he refused to take my calls, then answered angrily and basically told me to “peace off.” That is not an exaggeration — it was rude, aggressive and completely unprofessional. I contacted Booking.com to mediate because I couldn’t get any sensible response from him. Booking.com confirmed there was no extra availability for the second night, which is fine — what is NOT fine is the owner’s hostile, threatening tone and the way he treated me when I was simply asking a question about my booking as his paying guest. His behavior made me genuinely feel unsafe and unwelcome. I did not feel comfortable showing up to the property after that call. Because of his attitude, I had to scramble and book another place for the night — at extra cost and stress — even though I had already arranged everything properly through the reservation. All contacts, messages and booking timestamps are documented. Summary of issues: Owner refused calls and answered aggressively when reached (around 8:30 AM). Responded with hostility and an unacceptable attitude toward a paying guest. Created an environment where I felt unsafe and unable to stay at the property. Forced me to rebook elsewhere at extra cost and inconvenience. Situation was handled unprofessionally despite Booking.com being involved. If you value basic courtesy, clear communication and guest safety, avoid this place. The property might exist, but the host’s behavior turned a small schedule change into an unpleasant, stressful ordeal. Not recommended at all.

Kleines Apartement mit tollem Ausblick auf den Felsen von Gibraltar! Top Lage, man braucht nur über die Straße zu gehen und man ist an der Grenze zu Gibraltar! Sauberkeit lässt ein bißchen zu Wünschen übrig! Nespressomaschine mit Kapseln vorhanden! Einfacher Check in mit guter Anleitung!

Location was perfect for our flight from Gibraltar the morning after. Eight or nine minute walk to the airport

It was so tiny! Wouldn't want to spend more than one night there. Also tea and coffee was provided, but no creamer. Fine if you like your tea and coffee black, but we don't! It was ok just for a one night stay
