property was good and clean. and at very good location.

many things are chargeable ac , wifi , this not including in room fare . checkout time is 9 not 11 in case u r late checkout you have charge 500 per hour..

The stay was perfect. The caretaker Raju Mitra was very helpful and cooperative.

We had omelettes for breakfast. Although the taste and quantity was good. It was a little oily for us. Other than that everything else was fine.

Location and cleanliness. Starbucks is as close as next door. This facility is surely going to be my second home in Goa. I like it so much

Liked everything but as an improvement if guest get a facility for commuting like bike or car rental would be best even with additional charges. Categorised on site as a homestay but its a centrally located nicely managed hotel facility.
