Room in My Vintage Home

The hostel is close to the beach, but it is very noisy, hot, there are no windows in the room at all and it is very far from the shops, so it is very, very expensive.

It's impossible to sleep properly; there's no fresh air, no windows, and no way to check the premises. There's no housekeeping in the rooms, no cooking utensils, no basic supplies, no salt or pepper, and poor Wi-Fi. But the owner and his staff are constantly, practically 24/7, in the apartment. They arrive unannounced, make noise, yell, and turn on the washing machine, making it impossible to have a peaceful conversation with neighbors or eat. When asked about the cleaning, he said that all the residents wash their own bed linens and towels. There's nowhere to dry them, and the machine is always busy. It's a vicious cycle. I love Las Palmas, but it's very uncomfortable and uninviting here, plus it's very, very, very expensive.

Ubicación muy buena, estancias comunitarias (cocina-lavadora...)

El baño es uno solo para 4/5 habitaciones que no cerraba el pestillo y la gente te interrumpía. Además la limpieza de la habitación bastante mejorable (había plásticos debajo de la cama y pelos en las sábanas)

La ubicación es excelente y el personal ha sido amable.

Las sábanas y toallas eran antiguas (tenían bolitas) y olían a humedad, al igual que la habitación. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas.

The location is great, almost on the beach. The building is old but is very clean. Owner is very polite and communicative. Would come again 🕊️🕊️🕊️
