Clean and easy to park

The house was ridiculously noisy; there is zero noise cancellation. Other guests shut doors loudly at 11:30 pm. The owner is started knocking with her high heels at 8 am and knocked on doors as a breakfast reminder at 9 am, so we couldn't sleep that night. Also, the location is great if you arrive by car, but it could be a problem on foot. There is also a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish, but the hosts are doing everything to break them down.

Maria was an excellent host. She was there to great us and make sure we new everything about her place. Maria, made us an excellent breakfast. Maria was a very genuine and an sincere host.

Super friendly reception, large and clean rooms with private outdoor space. Great personalized breakfast. Maria is super helpful, provided amazing restaurant recommendations, and made our stay as well as our visit to Seville so much easier.

Maria is a very nice and helpful lady the house is very well equiped ,very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing too. Thank you Maria.

Maria was very welcoming and friendly, the hotel is also dog friendly, and the room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast choices and quality were excellent. Maria dealt efficiently with a blown bulb on a lamp.

The stairs were not great with a timid dog, although he adapted, and we were never shown access to the garden. There were a lot of noisy dogs in the vicinity, which was a little disconcerting, and the hotel was a good drive to Seville centre. Extra pillows would have been nice, too.

Gorgeous clean accommodation in a lovely rural setting without being too far out of Seville. Highly recommend this property and Maria the owner. I only stayed one night in the winter but would gladly make this my Seville accommodation from now on.
