Super nice owner, helpful and welcoming, Lucinda is a superb host. Impeccably clean flat, comfortable room and convenient location.

The arrangement of the flat doesn't give much privacy but we knew that beforehand which is ok.

Lucinda was an excellent host who ensured I was comfortable with everything telling me more about the city and surrounding areas, my bed was very comfy, and the room was clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and a big thanks to Lucinda for her exceptional service. She's not only nice but also quite funny, which added a wonderful personal touch to our stay. Lucinda went above and beyond by providing us with a helpful map, which made exploring Santander a breeze, from the main sights to the best nearby restaurants. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location, just a 7-minute walk from the main beach and all the key attractions, was extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Santander experience.

Lucinda was very helpful. She gave perfect information about the city and local area. Her house was so clean. Again, her kindness and hospitality makes us feel home.

Lucinda offers two rooms, one single and one double, but only one at a time so that the bathroom need not to be shared. Lucinda has everything well prepared and provides you with all Information which might be helpful for a good stay at Santander. She even offers to wash your clothes. Most of all I liked talking to her, if necessary with translater which however does not Matter as she can perfectly handle it. The house is not far from beaches and to the City center there is public transport.

I had nothing to complain about.
