It was a very good place, the staff was super nice, efficient and communicative. When we booker this place we didn’t see the room has a bit of an open air concept and I was a bit worried considering we were in the jungle, but once I overcame my paranoia I had the best sleep after one month traveling in Asia. I truly recommend it, is closer to everything and the balcony with the view will forever be my favorite place on the hotel. They arrange transportation to and from the hotel which is very convenient. My girlfriend forgot her phone the day we had to leave and they met half way with the driver. Very nice and kind people.

Everyone was friendly and common area is nice.

Room next to the road is very noisy.

The place is beautiful and clean and really well took care. The staff amazing ans the food was super delicious.

Unfortunately I hope this helps to change some things: hot water didn’t work properly, bed mattress was really bad and at night it was really noisy as the room was close to the road. But still was a nice place to spend a couple of nights :)

The staff is veeery nice, food was tasty, coffee was great! Good location spot. They offer scooter rental for their guests

It wasn't that comfortable with the luggage in the room - there's one small closet that doesn't have much space to store items.
