Everything is clean and standard. The landlord is always responsive and kind. There are no special problems with the accommodation and the amount paid is quite satisfactory with the available facilities.

For those who are unable to climb stairs, it is best to coordinate with the landlord in advance. It would also be nice to have some tea bags in the room or downstairs next to the water heater.
