一開門有很重的霉味。床上跟桌上都會有黑色大螞蟻 （可能是夏天關係？床然後毛巾是小條的！！還有冰箱是共用喔（不是在房間內 因為在巷子內 走進去會經過三個水溝蓋 希望能蓋住⋯不然怕蟑螂的人真的會崩潰⋯還有晚上巷口蠻暗的（怕黑的人要斟酌！

Very quiet, comfortable bed, large clean bathroom, very responsive host.

No drinking water provided. Very strange/over the top security which actually made us feel more unsafe. The main entrance had two doors to lock/unlock as well as an electric shutter that had to be rolled down when we were inside the property as well as when we were out. We were told if there was a fire we could manually pull the shutter up but we would still have 2 main doors to unlock. Furthermore, the bathroom and bedroom window had metal cages round them so we were concerned about the fire escape! Didn’t feel necessary in such a quiet area with no apparent safety issues

The room was clean and the stay was conveniently located. Staff was responsive via Whatsapp and offered local food/restaurant suggestions during check-in. Wifi was strong. Small towels and toiletries were provided. There was also a blowdryer in the room, and a mini-fridge and coffee-maker in the common area.

For security, there were 2 locked glass doors and a roll-up security door which guests had to open to enter and exit the building and had to close before walking away from the door. Staff said the area is safe and that this was all for extra security. But what happens in case of an emergency? It'd be nice to be have an emergency exit pathway available. Bed also was rather hard. Also only stairs, no elevator so be careful if you have heavy or bulky luggage.

It’s quite new and therefore also neat and clean. Location is on walking distance to many restaurants, parking and Ubike

All communication via Line is a problem for foreign visitors, because registration via Line doesn’t work with European phone number. Same with the payment by bank transfer. Suggest all communication via booking and payment too (or in cash on regular check in) Fire safety seems a concern to me. Electric plug at the bottom of the shower. The 2 doors and electric fence are closed so impossible to escape quickly.
