Casa Mara

I really loved Villa Mara and the warm people taking care of the place. The garden is beautiful, the room bright and comfortable. The people are cheerful, they even offered me a really nice salty dough filled with cheese and egg, a local specialty, delicious.I totally recommend Villa Mara!

Great place to stay in Tulcea, convenient location. Everything incredibly clean. The room was perfect and thoughtfully put together, bed was very comfortable. Communal kitchen was much appreciated, and the owners are kind and attentive. We would completely recommend and can hopefully return.

The garden is beautiful, my room was bigger and nicer than expected. Everything always very clean and tidy. The hostess is very very friendly and totally helpful! The location is also very quiet and convenient near the train/bus station and promenade. The town centre is not far away. I would have loved to stay longer but unfortunately I had to leave. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

We did not participate in breakfast as we had appointments to attend to, but the kitchen was very well kept & easily accessible. The yard with plenty of flowers & plants makes for a beautiful background.

The location was great, despite being within the city the typical noise and light pollution was not a problem at all here! There was nothing I could comment on that was out of place. Vila Mara receives a 10/10 from me and my crew!

Perfect location on a central yet quiet street, very clean and with all the conveniences. My room had a balcony overlooking the street, which was a nice surprise. Staff were kind and accommodating. Communication with the English-speaking staff was over e-mail or phone, the lady who gave me the keys didn't speak English but we understood each other. Overall, excellent value for money, definitely recommended for a stay in Tulcea.

The shower needs to be fixed.
