"Avoid at all costs"

In Gillingham for a funeral. Left property imm on arrival Complaint made as I deemed it unsafe..littered with kids toys and very steep 2 sets of internal stairs. Too dangerous for a 70 year old. Booked into another hotel for safty..booking .com said owner refused a refund..what a surprise. Will never use booking .com again nor will my family Should have refunded themselves Strongly suggested they view property...major investigation on tv just.after Showing inept booking g .com. terrible customer service that could have been sorted so easily for sake of about £70. Shame on you both
