TEA in Liverpool - Private - Quiet - Ground Floor - En-suite - Walk-in-shower

The hosts were excellent and friendly and very relaxed. The room and shower room were very good. Nothing was a problem from the hosts Al and Jan. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Liverpool.

The whole of our stay from start to finish was amazing. If we could give more stars, we would. They couldn't have done anymore for us. They even drew a map of somewhere to eat, the safe bars, the bars to avoid and the cheapest way to commute. When we visit Liverpool again soon we won't stay anywhere else. The room and the whole house was spotless, the beds was so comfortable , the breakfast was spot on. Anyone that goes won't be disappointed.

Friendly couple made us very welcome, gave us run of the kitchen,dining room & livingroom n there was plenty of parking space outside for my minibus...

The floor in the bathroom,it was absolutely freezing,ceramic tiles,it was lovely n new n fresh but my bare feet couldnt take the cold n my boy said the same...

Al and Jan were just great. Very knowledgeable about the area and very helpful.

Al and Jan were the most gracious of hosts. Warm and welcoming but above all else considerate and kind. I would happily stay again. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and with a great recommendation for a barber shop. Privacy was respected but the conversations were always interesting and natural. Tha k you kindly for making my stay so enjoyable, Al and Jan :).

There was nothing to dislike. Simple as that.

The room was quiet. The shower was fabulous. Easy to find. The hosts' Alan and Jan were very helpful. I had travelled a long distance and the hosts made me some tea when I arrived which was a nice touch. The hosts were knowledgeable about the area.

Extremely clean. Very confortable. Perfectly equipped. We had all what we need (even more!). Nice room, spacious, with sweet garden view and direct access to it. Big (and super clean) bathroom. Everything is perfectly maintained and in good condition. Very calm, pleasant and safe area, only a few minutes away (by walk) from the beach. Direct and easy bus connection to the city center. Allan and Jan, a very nice couple, are great hosts. Extremely helpful and taking very good care of everything. Absolutely worth the money and very definitely THE spot to stay in the city.

Everything was beyond expectations and perfect!
