Helena's Place (7 minutes walk to Nottingham Train station)

Very modern room and comfy. Parking was easy.

Everything looked neat and tidy, the host was very friendly and accommodating. Exceptional value for money in a convenient location.

Had everything that I could of needed

Room freezing when I got there. When the sun was up got hot though. After meeting someone on arrival, didn't see anyone else till leaving 3 days later.

Location from station.

Thin walls. Pokey room. Lack of facilities. Leaking shower. Just wanted to leave the accommodation.

The location is great; close to station and easyacces to the centre. The area is quiet and safe. The house itself is nice, clean ( a cleaner comes to maintain it) , warm and cosy. On the other hand, I wasn't able to meet the host but her instructions were clear and she always replied so quick whenever I send a message even after midnight. There is a shared kitchen with a washing machine and few equipments if needed, and there is a nice garden outside.

That I didn't stay longer.

No meals. Location was good for what I wanted to do - close to station, city centre and cricket ground.

Room was exceptionally warm - although that can't be helped. Possibly a fan in the room? Otherwise nothing to find fault with - and that isn't really a fault is it?

I loved the house, it was very clean and in a great location.

the room was really comfortable & in a safe area. its a joint house living situation if you are comfortable in that. you can use uber for transportation if you don’t have a car

the bathroom rolls only had one roll / no tissue boxes provided. the area is only close to the train station if you are in and out from there. its far from main areas and restaurants like 20-30 mins walk. the owner was not there i was not aware she wouldn’t check me in/out or assist in other things specially i am new to the area.

Comfortable, impressively clean, Helena is an helpful and considerate hostess.
