Cleanliness, the instructions to check in were very clear.

Car parking is on the street which is not so safe.. you can park car inside but my car was big and difficult to pass it thru gate.

I really enjoyed having a smart tv in the room. Chilling with Netflix and YouTube was very interesting

There was no reception to greet us, being an older couple we needed an 'A' level to access the key, after about 20 minutes on the doorstep in pouring rain we finally cracked open the key holder (not literally). We also had to park on the road, so walking back to house made us further wet. It would have been nice if we could park in the drive, but, we were unsure and couldn't contact anybody to ask. The stairs are very steep. TV was tiny although it was nice to be able to access Netflix. Bath had scum around the plughole left by a previous user, and I nearly slipped up in the bath having a shower. There are countless notices everywhere to clean up after yourselves and to be thoughtful of other house users. There was also a very strong food smell in the house. Would we stay there again? No!

Nothing about place but some person didn't clean shower

Everything was good with the exception of 1 toilet and bathroom that was shared/communal for 4/5 rooms
