"Need to be properly maintained!"

It is located in a busy neighborhood.

The place was so unkept. And host wasn't pleasant. There are restrictions as to not cooking certain food. Kitchen was very untidy. Room wasn't so bad. Manageable.

Rapid check in; it took less than a minute to validate my ID, assign me a room etc. Great service: in general great service and they were quite forgiving when I had to rush off to work and return my key later! I was dreading their response, but they understood and we're quite patient and forgiving Exceptional price for a private room Great transport links, easy to find and reach Huge Lidl nearby for cheap groceries Huge room

"The Burney House"

I.liked the quiet environment and particularly the host. I really felt so much at home when he welcomed me and showed me around the house. Will definitely book there again when I go back to Croydon for a second workshop

I noticed the outside kitchen door, which is access to the outside toilet does not lock.
