The location was very picturesque.

Everything was perfect.

Ted and Kath were really accommodating, great location for where we needed to be. Comfortable room.

Perhaps some blinds for the Velux windows, luckily we had sleep masks otherwise we would have been awake at 5am.

Very clean,hospitality was impeccable as we got there late no where to eat so they cooked us a pizza so going above and beyond was amazing thank you so much Kath n ted

A continental style breakfast was included which suited me. Comfortable and quiet.

The TV had an internal ariel which wasn't very good. Fortunately I had my laptop and used the free wifi to watch telly.

Welcoming and pleasant owners. Separate to the main house, the room is in the loft area. The usual facilities available - kettle, fridge etc. Cereals available for the morning.

Velux windows in roof have no blinds, so the room is very light in the morning - good for an early start in the summer! I found the bed really uncomfortable, slept on the duvet (thankfully I was on my own), mentioned to owner who reports that others sleep well - so maybe just me. Be prepared to drive down quite a few narrow country lanes to get to the property (not my favourite activity!).

Owners were very very welcoming when we arrived showed us round full of usefull information and nothing was too much trouble we will deffo be returning someday Please note tge wifi code has a small l in it put a capital i. Be prepared to throw a ball for the very friendly Lottie she loves it The Manor House inn is a must visit

Fridge didnt work milk went off and beware of the feet on the bed lost count how many times we stubbed out toes 🤣🤣🤣
