Very comfortable very clean Tidy

It was very clean, and had a home from home feel about it. The bed was comfy and the room was decorated nicely. The kitchen was clean and all the essentials (tea, coffee etc) available. The bathroom was good, and the hot water was nice and hot. There was a lounge and dining room so no shortage of space, The host clearly wants her guests to enjoy their stay.

The stairs up to the room were quite steep but not difficult to negotiate. The room could have felt a little ‘tight’ for 2 people staying several days but it wasn’t uncomfortable.

I would 100% recommend this place for people to stay the host was so welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable in her home the house was clean it was overall just a great experience we will definitely be staying again

Great location You get your own parking permit , always a bonus Small from outside but actually big , got 3 rooms total, big living room plus a chill sofa room , both with TV to watch , plenty of seating space Kitchen fully equipment with all spices , sauces , pans, tea , coffee and all you need Even got a garden area at the back Plenty of towels to use and also toiletries if needed Highlight is automatic theatre lights on steps as you walk up in the night , very handy ! Corner shop outside Walking distance to Lincoln centre ,shops and restaurants Well done Jeanette, great host John also good chap for a great talk

Shame no BBQ , as stated on listing Toilet only downstairs, but no problem May be tight to find parking at times , but plenty around Permit provided

Lovely lady who owns it very helpfull but very cluttered and dusty. It felt as tho I was invading somebodies house as she has personal items all over and photos ect. Doesn't look anything like the pictures. Honestly felt like we was sleeping in somebodies spare room.the carpets were very dusty. Having to walk through the dining room and kitchen to the bathroom made it very uncomfortable. If you don't mind that then it's ok. Very quiet aswell

Centrally located right by the train station Very helpful lady at reception who was always ready to help and be accomodating. 5 star to the staff!
