Jeanette the host was very helpful & friendly and checked with me that everything was okay, clean comfortable room, kitchen facilities available including, fridge, tea & coffee, close to city centre, limited parking but very helpfully parking permit supplied. I would recommend as a good place to stay.

Downstairs toilet and bathroom a bit difficult to get to grips with but all clean as a whistle.
