I loved how it was family friendly, loved the room ,pool garden walk way area. It was also close to essential places very convenient. It was close to the beach also,the environment was peaceful and relaxing.

The shared kitchen ,fridge was always full so you couldn't buy things and keep them inside

"Dissappointing. Not value for money."

The swimming pool and large sofas on terrace.

Very dissappinting. This place should not be open. They are taking guests, but doing renovations, nothing is available. No bar, no food. Many things in the room were not working. Only 1 bulb is working in the room.. very dark. The bathroom door doesn't close. There are no bathroom amenities. Grubby and rusty washroom. No drinks or ice at bar. Just water. No food. Staff said it is low season. Rather, a silly excuse. Rafter closed the place properly for low season. Torn pillowcase. Hot in room, had to move mosquito net to get more direct fan on me. Nice areas, needs lots of work to improve. There is no value for money. They should drop the price if it will be like this.

The staff was the best, has a lovely pool with spacious rooms and easy access from anywhere in Watamu.

AC wasn't working but it had an okay fan :)

"No worthy for more than 20$"

Swimming is nice.

The property is overpriced for what they offered. IMPORTANT: the room is not as in the pictures. Probably just posted the room bigger and nicer, but ours was different. No information about what to do in town. They only offered a bottle of water the first day we stayed. In the morning there were no water running and there were electricity blackouts, therefore the fan was not working. Since in front of our window was a wall, there was no breeze to refresh the room. In the bathroom you wont find soap and the shower connection with hot water its handmade and totally against accidents prevention regulations. Sometimes it was scary since you could feel a bit the current.

Better to have a generator for back up the power , otherwise it is too hot for sleeping
