Nice and affordable accommodation for a one night stay. Room clean and warm. Bathroom had plenty of hot water. Owner was quick to resolve beeping low battery in smoke alarm when alerted. Didn't use shared kitchen but it was clean and had suitable crockery etc.

Sound proofing of room not great - some street noise and from within building but still slept pretty well. Shared bathroom was fine.

Central location. Good price. In fact only accom in the area at a reasonable price. Checking in procedure nice n easy. Short notice wedding stay so very handy.

Room was a bit basic but couldn't complain at the price.
