The uniqueness of it and the personalised expeirience provided by the host Adrian.

Ideally the rooms would be en-suite rather than having a shared bathroom but this is a minor thing.

Owner was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfy. I hadn't booked breakfast but owner was very helpful and rustled something up for all 6 of us. We only stayed a night as going to a wedding but really enjoyed our stay.

"Our accommodation excelled our expectations."

We made our own breakfast(because we like fruit and yoghurt) but we had access to cereal and other things eg. Tea bags and coffee.

Nothing, Adrian was an excellent host.

"One night was enough."

The house is in a lovely rural setting. The WiFi worked well.

The 100% polyester bedding, the overpowering smell of socket diffusers, bumping my head on the low eves, the warning in the bathroom to limit showers to 5 mins The small pool wasn't worth getting changed for. Having to share a bathroom, though I knew that in advance .
