"Superb"

Rezo's Ranch is perfect for people wishing to stay close to the airport for a night. We had our own car, but if this option is not available it is very probable that the owner of the place will offer you a ride. The "Ranch" is a house in a typical quiet Georgian neighbourhood, so don't expact a hotel but an experience to enter a Georgian family house/guesthouse.

"Convenient for an early flight"

The guesthouse is very convenient to stay at before an early flight from kutaisi airport, and the owner could even drive you there. The family is very welcoming, they made a delicious supper for us at a very reasonable price. The bathroom is shared, but it’s clean and we were the only guests

Some furniture is rather dated, but it is even quite charming

"Good place to stay for one night at a very good price"

The place is well situation if arriving by car and I think Rezo is even offering an airport shuttle service. Rezo and his wife do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Our room was clean and we enjoyed a very good continental breakfast.

Our room was very small, almost as small as a cabin on a ferry but as expected for the price.

It is near to Kutaisi airport

1/ It is a private house with rooms on the first floor. You can hear all noise from other guests. 2/ We asked for a homemade dinner in advance but we needed to wait more than 2 hours and finally they gave us food which was delivered from somewhere. It was expensive and not tasty. Do not order food in this place!
